What are your hours?

• Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 10 PM
• Friday - Sunday: 8 AM - 9 PM

Where are you located?

• We are located at the Lloyd Center. You can enter on 10th Ave & Halsey St. and enter the parking garage. Drive all the way to the top and Jumbo’s is on the opposite end of the ramp!

Is Jumbos a members only club?

• Non - Members are more than welcome to come and enjoy some pickleball games! Getting a membership has its perks but you definitely don’t need one to come out and play. 
• Pay to Play option available

What are Off Peak hours?

• Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 2 PM - 9 PM

Do you sell any drinks or snacks? YES

Do you sell merchandise or pickleball equipment?

• Currently working on our pro-shop. We do sell balls and grip tape

Can I book a private event?

• Email events@jumbospickleball.com for more information to book any private tournaments, events, parties.

Are there memberships offered at your facility?

• Yes! We have Royal and Senior Memberships available with 3 categories. Standard, Annual, and Flex. More details on our website.

Courts

How do you make an account and reserve a court/sign up for a program?

• To reserve a court or sign up for a program, create a free account on our booking website or mobile app, add a card on file, add our facility (Jumbo’s Portland), and click “Book Now” for a private reservation or click “Programs” for a specific play program.

What are ratings? How do I rate myself?

How far in advance can I book a court or program?

• As a non-member, you have a 4 day advanced booking window. 
• Members have different advanced booking windows

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

• You must cancel any bookings 16+ hours in advance in order to receive a refund. ALL refunds go to club credits to be used on future bookings. 

Do you rent out paddles or sell grip tape? YES

What shoes am I allowed to wear? Court Shoes

• Court Shoes have durable, non-marking soles, enhanced lateral support, lower profiles for stability. Footwear that provides grip without damaging the court.
